Computex 2019: HyperX Unveils New Alloy Origins, Fury DDR4 RGB, and Cloud Alpha S
Posted by Martin Patino June 07, 2019

HyperX has announced three new products at Computex 2019, including the new Alloy Origins mechanical gaming keyboard, Fury DDR4 RGB RAM, and Cloud Alpha S gaming headset.

HyperX Alloy Origins Mechanical Gaming Keyb4oard

The new Alloy Origins mechanical gaming keyboard is the first to utilize the company’s new HyperX Red mechanical switches. The new switches feature an actuation force of 45g, actuation point of only 1.8mm and a travel of 3.8mm. They’re also rated for up to 80 million clicks. As for the keyboard itself, it features a similar design to the company’s previous Alloy keyboards models and is equipped with full per-key RGB lighting with the ability to save up to three lighting profiles to the on-board memory.

HyperX Fury DDR4 RGB RAM

HyperX is bringing back its popular, affordable Fury series of memory kits, but this time with an all-new heat spreader design and an RGB light bar. It’s also compatible with the company’s HyperX Infrared Sync technology to easily sync multiple sticks of RAM. The company is also releasing non-RGB variants of the new Fury DDR4 memory kits. All the new kits feature Plug ‘N Play support for easy memory overclocking as well as support for Intel XMP profiles.

HyperX Cloud Alpha S Gaming Headset

HyperX is taking their popular Cloud Alpha headset, with its dual chamber technology, to another level with the announcement of the Cloud Alpha S by adding 7.1 virtual surround sound through an included in-line audio box as well as a new bass control slider on the rear of the left earcup so users can manually adjust the low end to their liking. The dual chamber technology of the Cloud Alpha S, which separates the bass from the mids and high, is what allows for the manual bass control. The control box also allows users to mix the game and chat volumes to their liking.

Local pricing and availability for the three new products have yet to be announced but all three products are set to hit the global market sometime in the third quarter of 2019.
