Dallas Fuel signs aKm for Stage 2 of Overwatch League Season 1

After the first stage of Overwatch League Season 1, it’s clear that Dallas Fuel played well below everyone’s expectations. Now, the teams is looking to re-tool their roster and bounce back for Stage 2, as they’ve recently announced their signing of French DPS player Dylan “aKm” Bignet.
For those not familiar with aKm, he was part of the dominant Rogue roster who pioneered the dive composition early into the Overwatch competitive scene. Two of his teammates, Terence “SoOn” Tarlier and Benjamin “uNKOE” Chevasson were signed by Los Angeles Valiant for Season 1. Now he will join the Overwatch League, but this time against his former teammates.
While Dallas Fuel does have capable DPS players in Brandon “Seagull” Larned and Timo “Taimou” Kettunen, their current specialties are with projectile heroes (such as Pharah or Junkrat). AKm meanwhile, was considered as one of the best DPS players in the dominant days of Rogue.
Hopefully, this addition will help Dallas Fuel have a better showing in Stage 2 of the Overwatch League. Though this might not be the team’s only addition, as an ESPN report suggested that London Spitfire’s Kim “Rascal” Dong-jun will transfer to the Dallas squad.
Stage 2 of the Overwatch League Season 1 starts this February 22, 2018.
