Huawei has just launched the P30 series in the Philippines! Comprised of the P30, the P30 Lite, and the P30 Pro, the P30 series raised the notch of smartphone photography.

The Huawei P30 Pro sports the Leica Quad Camera system each of which plays their role to put together beautiful images.

Its main rear camera is a 40MP SuperSpectrum sensor that replaces the RGGB filter with a RYYB one. This lets in 40% more light and higher maximum ISO for better night-time shots. Second is a SuperZoom lens which enables 5x lossless optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom, and 50x digital zoom. It uses a periscope-like setup for the lens in order to achieve this. The unique setup and a dual Optical Image Stabilization results to sharper images. Third is a time of flight camera that segments the details in a photo through a light that results to better portrait and bokeh shots. Last is the Ultra Wide Lens that doubles as a macro lens. While on the front is a 32MP lens with f/2.0 aperture.

The biggest of the P30 series, the P30 Pro has a 6.47-inch Full HD+ OLED display with 2340×1080 resolution.

The Huawei P30 Pro packs a Kirin 980 processor with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It is powered by a 4200mAh battery that supports Huawei SuperCharge.

The P30, on the other hand, has a smaller 6.1-inch Full HD+ OLED display with 2340×1080 resolution. It also packs a Kirin 980 processor but has 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

It has a triple rear camera setup with 40MP main wide angle lens with f/1.8 aperture and a 16MP Ultra Wide Angle lens with f/2.2 aperture. The third, and final, lens is an 8MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture and OIS.Its front camera is a 32MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture.

Powering the P30 is a 3650mAh battery that supports Huawei SuperCharge.

Lastly, the P30 Lite while being the lite version, is still formidable. Its display is a 6.15-inch Full HD TFT LCD display with a 2312×1080 resolution, making it slightly bigger than the P30.

The P30 Lite has a triple camera setup with a 24MP main wide angle lens with f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP ultra wide angle lens. The phone’s third, and final, lens is a 2MP bokeh lens. While on the front is a 32MP f/2.0 aperture lens.

Under the hood, the P30 Lite is powered by a Kirin 710 processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

While all three of the phones are quite different under the hood, they all run on EMUI 9.1 based on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.

The Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro come in Breathing Crystal, Aurora, and Black. While the P30 Lite comes in Midnight Black, Pearl White, and Peacock Blue. The P30 Pro retails for PHP 50,990, the P30 for PHP 36,990, and the P30 Lite for PHP 16,990.
