Realme Launches ‘Real Entry Level King’ Realme 3
Posted by Raphael Leynes on March 22, 2019

Realme has unveiled their newest smartphone offering, the impressive Realme 3. The Realme3 marks an impressive leap for the budding smart phone brand that has grown exponentially in the past 100+ days. The Realme 3 is an exceptional powerful and good quality device for it’s price range, making it a standout in it’s class of Sub 10k phones.

At the launch event held at the Solaire Grand Ballroom, Pasay, Tuesday night, Realme showed off the Realme 3 to the excited crowd in attendance. The phone’s raw specs are pretty decent: It runs on Octacore 2.0Ghz MediaTek Helio P60 processor with 3GB or 4GB RAM depending on the variant and has 64GB storage. The battery life is no slouch either at 4230 mAh.

Realme also showed off the Realme 3’s cameras: a 13MP front selfie camera and 13MP+2MP Secondary Camera Rear Duo. The cameras are capable of taking great looking pictures thanks to it’s two new promising features, Nightscape mode and Chroma Boost. Nightscape optimizes the cameras’ performance in low lit environments by taking a photo using different modes and combining them into a single image. Chroma boost on the other hand, uses AI technology to recognize scenes and subjects then adjusts the cameras settings to best capture the image.

In addition to all that, it seems like the fledgling brand is making all the right moves leading to their current success. Judging by some of the key features of the Realme 3, it was evident that they spent time listening to their consumers, getting to know their wants and needs and delivering a product that addresses all the concerns.

On the UI front, Realme 3 will have the much clamored-for app drawer and will come Stock Android right out of the gate leading a more efficient and organized experience to the delight of the more tech savvy folks in the crowd. The Realme 3 also caters users who want more from their Camera with Camera2api which means more settings to play around with and control to take the perfect pictures.

Realme also announced that they have partnered up with the massively popular Mobile Legends: Bang Bang to become the official smartphone of the Mobile Legends Professional League. Related details about the partnership deal are still scarce at the moment but we’ll relay them to you as soon as we get word.
