Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series officially launched!

Yes, you read that right, Samsung has officially unveiled the latest in the Note family and for the first time, there are two devices. Meet the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+!

While both smartphones a number of features, both are still quite distinct. Some of the shared features include the new S-Pen, Wireless PowerShare, Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, Face recognition, and a QuadHD+ Dynamic AMLED Infinity-O Display, to name a few.

One of the more distinguishable differences between the two Note 10 phones is display. The Galaxy Note 10 has a 6.3-inch display, while the Galaxy Note 10+ has a larger 6.8-inch display. Along with this, the bigger of the two is equipped with a quad camera setup while the base Note 10 has three shooters in the rear.

First let’s get to the shared cameras of both Note 10 devices. Both have a 10MP 2PD front camera with f/2.2 aperture. In the rear, they have16MP 123-degree ultra-wide main shooter with f/2.2 aperture. This is partnered by a 12MP 77-degree wide-angle lens with f/1.5/f/2.4 aperture and OIS. Closing out the shared cameras is a 12MP telephoto lens with f/2.1 aperture and OIS.

With that out of the way, the fourth lens and unique to the Note 10+ is a VGA DepthVision Camera.

The Note 10 and the Note 10+ are both powered by 7nm 64-bit Octa-core processor. It hasn’t quite been announced what the exact processor is but it is expected to be the newly announced Exynos 9825.

Processor aside, both phones are pretty different. The Note 10 has a sole memory combo of 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It has a dual SIM slot but doesn’t have expandable memory. The base model also has a 3500mAh battery.

The Note 10+, on the other hand, has a pre-order exclusive model which has 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. While its base variant has 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Like the Note 10, it has a dual SIM slot but the Note 10+ has a microSD slot for expandable storage of up to 1TB. Rounding it out is a much bigger 4300mAh battery.

The Galaxy Note 10+ will be available in Aura Glow, Aura White, and Aura Black, while the Galaxy Note 10 will be available in Aura Glow and Aura Black starting August 23.
