The new Lenovo IdeaPad and Yoga Ultrabooks have arrived!
Posted by Ram Ronquillo June 30, 2019

Along with the updated lineup for their Legion gaming series, Lenovo Philippines announced the additions to their IdeaPad and Yoga series of Ultrabooks!

Last year, Lenovo bid the problem of thick and bulky notebooks goodbye by refreshing its Yoga and IdeaPad lineups and turning all devices into Ultrabooks – laptops that are less than 20mm thick and weight below 2kg. The new IdeaPad and Yoga Ultrabooks are finally coming to the Philippines.

Meet the Lenovo Yoga S940Lenovo

The Yoga S940 is the headline of the new Yoga devices. It measures at 12.2 mm and weighs in at 1.2kg. It is also the first laptop to have Contour Glass which wraps around its 14-inch HDR VESA 400 display for smoother edges that minimize the appearance of its already thin bezels. It is powered by an 8th Generation Intel Core i7-8565U processor. The Yoga S940 is available for PHP 115,995.

Along with the Yoga S940 is the Yoga S730. The Yoga S730 is slightly slimmer and thinner than the S940, at 1.1 kg and 11.9mm. The S730 pulls air through secondary vents hidden in the keyboard. It has a wide-angle 13.3-inch FHD display with razor-thin bezels. The Yoga S730 is available for PHP 69,995.

The Lenovo IdeaPad S540

The IdeaPad Ultrabooks, on the other hand, is led by the IdeaPad S540 available in six variants. The best of which comes with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card and an Intel Core i7-8565U processor. It is a 15-inch laptop with a narrow-bezel display. The IdeaPad S540 is available for PHP 59,995.

The Lenovo IdeaPad C340 and its hinge in action

Along with the IdeaPad S540, the IdeaPad series is bolstered by the slim 14-inch FHD display IdeaPad S340, the 360-degree hinged IdeaPad C340, and the 14-inch IdeaPad S145.

The new Yoga Ultrabooks will be covered under a 2-Year Premium Care Support with 24/7 support from senior tech resources and Zero Tolerance to Dead Pixel. Premium Care Support also includes 2-year onsite warranty.
