OPPO F5 Youth officially released in the Philippines

The sibling of the OPPO F5, the OPPO F5 Youth, was officially released in the Philippines yesterday.

Picking up where the F5 left off, OPPO expanded its A.I. Beauty Techonology-powered smartphones with the addition of the F5 Youth. It is a smartphone designed for the younger generation equipped with flagship level features with a more affordable price point.

The Brand Marketing Manager of OPPO Philippines, Stephen Cheng mentioned, “Since we launched the F5, we have envisioned OPPO to capture real moments – the real you, your real beauty.” He added, “And with the release of the OPPO F5 Youth, we give everyone an opportunity to get a full experience of the new generation of selfies with the same A.I. Beauty Recognition technology.”

Along with the personalized beautification feature, the F5 Youth also has the 6-inch 2160×1080 resolution Full HD+ full screen and other functions, one of which is the Facial Unlock.

The F5 Youth has a 16-megapixel front camera with AI Beauty Mode and a 13-megapixel rear camera. The latest F5 also comes with a 2.5GHz MediaTek MT6763 octa-core CPU processor accompanied by Android 7.1.1 Nougat with ColorOS 3.2 with smoother to operate with 23% faster app launches for a more energy-saving experience. Powering the F5 Youth is a 3200 mAh.

OPPO also unveiled their latest Concept Store in SM Megamall where you can try the various smartphones and accessories.

The F5 Youth is now available for PHP 13,990 at all OPPO Concept and dealer stores nationwide.
