Sennheiser introduces their new gaming audio lineup in the Philippines

Sennheiser is a brand held in high regard by audiophiles and music enthusiasts around the world for making high-quality headphones and microphones. Though the German brand does not only make audio products for Hi-Fi enthusiasts, as they also have a line of headsets for gaming. And they revealed their newest gaming lineup yesterday at their relaunch event here in the Philippines.

During the launch event, Sennheiser showcased their wide range of products; including audiophile-grade headphones, portable microphones for content creators, and even the PHP 3 million-worth Sennheiser HE 1 headphone system (read more about the brand’s new products here). Though as a gamer, what really caught my eye is the GSP 300 series gaming headset.

The GSP 300 series is a PC/console gaming headset that’s designed to be the perfect upgrade for gamers on the lookout for a new headset. Not only is the pair’s sound quality great, it also features comfortable memory foam ear pads for marathon gaming sessions, along with a broadcast-quality microphone that minimizes background noise and also mutes automatically when lifted up. Best of all, the GSP 300 is Discord-certified!

If you may have noticed, the headphones in the image above have a Need for Speed logo at the sides. That pair is a special GSP 303 “Need for Speed: Payback” edition, complete with red accents in the cable and inside the earpiece. This pair is surely a must-have for NFS fans, or for gamers with predominantly red gaming rigs.

The NFS edition GSP 303 may not have an official price as of the moment, but the regular GSP 300 in blue (pictured above) will be available with an SRP of PHP 5,990. Sennheiser will also bring their GSX 1200 Pro gaming audio amplifier in the Philippines, and it will have an SRP of PHP 14,990.

Interested in buying a new Sennheiser gaming headset? Make sure to visit the Sennheiser booth at this year’s E-Sports and Gaming Summit (ESGS) at the SMX Convention Center this October 27-29. At ESGS they will have demo units of the GSP 300, GSP 303 NFS edition, and their premium Game Zero and Game One headphones; there will also be special offers for attendees of the convention.
